On Sat-Sun 21-22nd October* there’s a “Rare opportunity - Not to be missed!” Shared Voices are hosting a weekend-long singing workshop by Anita (Mahdia) Daulne, singer and founder of internationally famous Zap Mama. She’ll be offering a joyful blend of African and European music, from 10.30 to 4.30 each day. Tickets are £55, and booking is essential. The workshop is at Stutton Community Hall, IP9 2TG. We are delighted to invite you and your school/choir to join
Keswick Hall Choir on 27 January 2018 in a unique musical event:
COME AND SING MOZART’S REQUIEM
at
UNITED REFORMED CHURCH, PRINCES ST,
NORWICH NR3 3AZ
No preparation is required. Rehearsals will be in the afternoon from 2-4 pm, guided by our
Musical Director Chris Duarte. The performance will be at 5pm. Music will be provided.
Parents and others will be welcome to attend the performance.
Keswick Hall Choir (https://keswickhallchoir.org.uk) is Norfolk’s leading amateur chamber
choir.
This event will be a great opportunity for students/choir members to:
· Participate in a fun afternoon of music-making
· Learn to sing one of the world’s great pieces of choral music
· Work together with expert choral singers and a renowned director
· Perform the finished work in front of an appreciative audience
The price is £10/£5 for under 18s. FREE TEA AND CAKE WILL BE PROVIDED.
